Data Recovery

Photos, documents, business records — when a drive fails, stop using it and call us. The sooner we see it, the more we recover.

What we recover

Your files back, even when the drive gives up

Clicking hard drives, dead SSDs, formatted memory cards, dropped externals, ransomware-locked folders — we recover data from nearly every failure, in our own lab, without shipping your drive across the country.

  • Hard drives, SSDs, USB sticks and memory cards
  • Deleted, formatted or corrupted partitions and photos
  • Phones and tablets that won’t boot or charge
  • No recovery, no fee — you only pay for files we return

A careful process, because one wrong move costs files

STEP 01

Free evaluation

We assess the failure and tell you honestly what’s recoverable — and what isn’t.

STEP 02

Bit-level clone

We image the drive sector by sector first, so the original is never worked on directly.

STEP 03

Extraction

Files are rebuilt, verified and organized — you review the file list before paying.

STEP 04

Safe return

Recovered data on new media, plus a backup plan so it never happens again.

First-aid advice

If your drive just failed, do this now

Power the device off and leave it off — every minute a failing drive runs can overwrite what’s left. Don’t install “recovery” apps onto the same drive, don’t freeze it, and don’t open it: dust kills exposed platters in seconds.

Bring it to us as it is. The best recoveries start with an untouched drive.
