Diagnosis is always free. After we find the fault, you get a fixed written quote — the price we quote is the price you pay. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing and we return the device as it was.
Most common repairs — screens, batteries, SSD upgrades, virus removal — are finished the same day. Motherboard-level faults and data recovery usually take two to four days. We always give you a realistic date before starting.
Yes. Every technician signs a confidentiality agreement, your files are never browsed or copied, and drives awaiting repair are stored encrypted. If a repair risks your data, we back it up first and tell you before proceeding.
Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same fault returns within that window, we fix it again free of charge — no arguments, no fine print.
We service MacBooks, iMacs, iPhones and iPads — screens, batteries, keyboards, logic-board faults and macOS issues — alongside all Windows PC, laptop and Android brands.
Our support line runs 24/7 for emergencies — dead servers, ransomware, failed drives before a deadline. The shop itself is open Mon–Sat, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and callouts can be arranged outside those hours.
Yes — monthly support plans cover monitoring, maintenance, backups, security and priority repairs for your whole office. See our IT Support page or contact us for a tailored quote.
Cards, bank transfer and cash in-store. Business plan clients are invoiced monthly. You only pay when the repair is complete and tested — never upfront.
